Will the seed fall off or do I have to take it off myself? It’s been there for a couple days.

Like these fine people stated, just let nature take it course. It's best to never take them off for risk of damaging the seedling. Very fragile! You might not see the damage but pretty much any stress early results in poor yield. The first 30 days are crucial to growing. After that it's just maintenance. But if it's really developing an annoying itch on your brain as they said spray water on it, let it soak and then very slowly and carefully slide it off with tweezers. Happy growing ✌️🍀✌️

In the pic you showed the seed is better to let fall on itself maybe just spraying some water, when you rise up the humidity of the room, personally I never touch them if they don’t cover the light on the center of the first leaves growing 💪🏻💚

I do not "help" Mother Nature. Just leave the seed. As the plant grows it will push it off.

The seed should fall off on its own, but you can always give it a few drops of water to help loosen it. Water is safer then your hands. It doesn’t seem to have caused any issues to the sprout- Best of luck! 🌱
