My 6 week old plant has a ppm of 3600 was wondering if that was normal? My medium is a mix of 40/40/20 ( Fox farms ocean, fox farms happy, and perlite) . Also, what/when should I feed them?
I would begin feeding them immediately. They have done well for them self’s so far- but those soils usually need additional amendments or feed after about 3-4 weeks time.
What to feed is a matter of preference- dry feed is a bit harder to control or correct, so I like liquids. 🌱
How are you measuring ppm? Slurry? That’s high, but not knowing your meter and technique—- I cannot say that’s accurate. Based on that mix alone and if the plants look healthy, this would be the time to start food. Nutrients, microbes, etx.
