Hi mate, The seedling disease is a common fungal problem that mainly affects seedlings. The cause is usually a Pythium, Botrytis or Fusarium fungus (more on that later). Whether these fungi are in the soil or have entered your grow room/garden through another plant, they affect the stems of young seedlings. As a result, they become limp and die within 24 hours.

Some peat pellet brand are known to have an unproper ph for cannabis germination, may be that. or overwatering may be also.

With those pucks I soak them if soil ones at ph 6.5 if coco ones ph 5.8. Then I give them a good shake and let then drain for a hour, I place the seed which I would have had soaking in water for 24hrs about 1/2 inch deep, cover seed up. Place under light and wait. Make sure water is room temp and not cold.

Either your seed was hopeless. Or something in your water like a PH issue. Try a new seed in a fresh coco puck and PH your water at 6.5 it should just come out nicely with no nutrients or anything. It also needs good light. Hope that helps.
