I personally would not mess with coco at this stage of the grow. If it is not properly buffered it will cause more problems. Even current bag in another. Coco works best longer term. It is reusable and when it biodegrates, it releases potassium which is most important in your plants nutrition.

I wouldnt change medium on a large plant in flower, it looks like she is in a fabric bag so you can just get a bigger fabric bag, and put your current pot straight into it and fill around with soil, roots can spread through the walls of the fabric bags into your next bag - 0 transplant stress.
