I had to remove 2 small buds because of rot(turned brown,smells like grass),should I be harvesting now or just keep an eye on it.I figure I can get another couple weeks before it gets too cold at night but I don't want to lose more buds to rot.The rest of the flowers look good.Ty

If you can try building a little shelter around the plant to keep excess rain off to try and finish it off.
Like a lean to for your plant.
