Both of your photoperiod plants are re-vegging and judging by the growth on that back one, and having looked at your diary, they have been for a while. This is usually caused by either not long enough dark period, or dark period interrupted - often by a light leak. Your plants need 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness or they will stop flowing and start growing again. What time do your lights go off, and what time do they come on? Are you using an automatic timer or doing it manually? Do you keep the doors and zip closed during lights out or do you ever go in to check during lights out? Are there any lights at all inside the tent other than your grow lights? Socket light, or anything like that? Does your tent have any holes in it or mesh that lets through light. Re-vegging is 100% your problem. Your solution is to correct the light problem.
