Looks like you have a bit of N tox and it either needs a dose of calmag, maybe a bit of P. Is your pH good going in and out?

I'd add cal-mag that should take care of it. 5 ml per gal of water at least every other if not every feeding. Untill it stops and then cut back some but not completely till you flush.

Overwatering and deficiency Unfortunately I overwatered and immediately after the plant started showing a deficiency. The plant has been healthy until this so I’m thinking it’s related but not sure.
