This looks like a root zone issue to me. Possibly the soil PH is out of wack.

A diary would help alot. Looks like you might have gotten water on leaves while lights were on, or It also could be root issues.

Looks a lot like a nitrogen toxicity, but im not sure. Leave curling is a sign of nitrogen excess
