I’ve done a massive defoliation on my plants. I’m not sure if I took too much off, but I followed what you said: everything below the net should be removed, and the big leaves that cover others too. Should I change the light cycle now or wait?

To me that's a bit extreme but you did it right. I would wait a week or two before I flip to flower but good job!
