Got 10 healthy seedling but my CFD bulb wasn'...

Got 10 healthy seedling but my CFD bulb wasn't going to supply enough light so dropped my dimmable Spider Farmer SF-1000 to around 3-4 inches above the seedlings and dimmed to the lowest setting.
Can anyone advise me on distance, light strength for the seedling - early veg?

I use an app on my phone to measure the light level which makes it easy to adjust your lighting as needed. Instead of guessing you have a real number.

I tried messing with dimming bit its alot of hassel. its much easer to set your sf1000 25" away at full power.

If you don't have a par meter, for seedling, put the light just to where you don't feel hardly any heat on the back of your hand after 20 secs.

Is this ready??? autoflowerWeek 15 almost 16, it smells very strong and the leaves are dying
trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
