Got 10 healthy seedling but my CFD bulb wasn't going to supply enough light so dropped my dimmable Spider Farmer SF-1000 to around 3-4 inches above the seedlings and dimmed to the lowest setting. Can anyone advise me on distance, light strength for the seedling - early veg?

I use an app on my phone to measure the light level which makes it easy to adjust your lighting as needed. Instead of guessing you have a real number.

If you don't have a par meter, for seedling, put the light just to where you don't feel hardly any heat on the back of your hand after 20 secs.
