Never count your chickens before they hatch! It will be what it will be. Defoliation just reduces your plants ability to produce energy. Less energy = less growth/yields.

Less plants, longer veg, more training, and scrog would of yielded the same or more.

If they are over the stretch already, they look to be about the size that would generate roughly 1/2 - 3/4 of an ounce each. Not too many bud sites on them to produce more than that. Hope that helps.

Maybe? most people get about 1oz a plant unless something went really bad, but UBU rases some good points.

If everything goes well 30-60g a plant. If everything goes tits up then 5-29g per plant.

the power of the light and the square footage would be more correlated with ending yield than guessing from the picture. if ambient co2 and near max DLI, you can push 50g/sq foot with decent yielders (averaged out) and and a bit higher with a tent full of good yielders.
