Yellow/Brownish colored tips of leaves.So, my girl now is 11 days old, while i was looking at here i noticed that the tips of the second pair of true leaves is soightly yellow/brownish colored, im worried for my plant. I water my plants everyday , however I have mixed my nutrients “ph perfect grow, micro, and bloom” in with my water only the appropriate amount given on the bottle. Should I be using water with the nutrients everytime I water or switch it up with plain water as well?Week 2

Nutrient deficiency? If yes, what's the best course of action to salvage the situation?First time grower of 3 autos, at week 8, lower leaves started turning yellow, top leaves started to get smaller/develop brown spots 2 weeks ago.
