Deficiency?? Excess? Neither?

Grown this strain before and had the same issue.. not sure if its a CalMag deficiency entirely. pH has remained at 6.0-6.5 or so in soil and didnt show signs until recently, seemed to have worsened after just two days of only CalMag and Ro water so I bumped up the bloom nutes.

After doing some research on VPD I believe I may have a to low of a VPD which is resulting in my "calcium deficiency".. after increasing my ppms of CalMag to around 500 and no improvements but got much worse I figured it had to be another issue. I found a few articles explaining how humidity is relative to calcium transport in the plant this may be the issue.. hopefully.

I am fighting this deficiency also now for almost two weeks and I up'd the calmag and it is not improving and I'm giving 5ml per gal the highest dose recommended and it's not changing so I'm thinking I may have to flush do to nute lock which is always fun in a scrog net! Best of luck and Happy Growing!😎🌱💚💪💪

Pretty typical signs of calcium/magnesium deficiency. This deficiency started at least two weeks ago before it started showing in the leaves, so it will continue to get worse until your increased dosing of cal/mag starts to take effect. Your new growth should be symptom free. A dose or two of soluble trace elements, available from any garden centre, never goes astray either. She doesn't need extra feeding, just extra cal/mag or more than you have been giving. As I said earlier, there is a time lag of when deficiencies occur and before symptoms start showing in the leaves, about two weeks or so, so any correction will also take about two weeks to show as well. The damaged leaves will not recover, once damaged they stay damaged, but all new growth should be fine if you increase the cal/mag. Giving more/extra of the same bloom nutrients will not solve a cal/mag deficiency, you need to add more cal/mag to the over all feeding. Hope this helps, Organoman.
