White spots on leaves? Plage? Deficiency? Water drops amplifying light and causing light to burn? Mold?

Hi guys. white spots started to appear on the leaves of one of my plants a few days ago and it seems to be increasing in size. It appears to be a stain on the leaves that do not come off on contact. I looked for pests in each of the plants and found nothing. Any ideas?

Check under leaves and all over for bugs, if still vegging I would use some neem oil. Gives time to wash away by flower time. It will make bud taste funny using then. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

Help! She is just 1 weeks old Does neem oil help spider mites and fungus gnats on soil? Holes/Spotting on leavesNoticed some holes and some spotting on a few leaves. Initial thought was spider mites, but based on pics not sure if that's the case. Also thought it could be areas where water beads were on the leaves and burned through (as the holes go). Not sure about spots. Thoughts?

First flowering? - is it the right time? Also, 'claws' on the tip freshest leavesIs this a first flower on BPP? I have no idea when to start with Bloom/Topmax, is this the right moment for this plant?
Also, you can see the little 'claws' at the tip of freshest leaves, just on top. Is this caused by putting the light source too close? It was 40cm,now 47/18,5
