Light burn is often if you have hps and the lights are too low. Obviously. This being said, i have 600 and in the other one 250 hps. With the 600 if the branches stretch too much, sometimes the buds get as close to around 30 cm from the light. In the 250 around 15/20. No Light burn if you have enough fans running. One direct on the lightsource and a oscillating one in the corner. ( in dwc then) Just feel with your hand if it feels like it's burning it's too hot. In soil, the transpiration rate is much lower so the distance has to be greater. I think your ratio npk is fine but you have ph problem which causes lock out. If you check the chart ( cannabis deficiency chart) you can see that it also can be a manganese or zinc deficiency. A (very) wrong ph can trigger this because it usually locks out trace minerals. The burnt tips can also correspond to high level of ec ( maybe you started to higher it because the thought of a deficiency). In this stage, you still have to give grow feed because there maybe is a sign of pre-flower but that's it. From week 4 light switch you have to gradually decrease the nitrogen and uppen the phospor and potassium (don't forget cal/mag) If you are still in the veg stage there is much to salvage! Good luck, hope this info helps ( a bit)!

Ok so what I see is your good on nitrogen. Maybe too much you got shiny leaves which is a sign of too much. I see potassium deficiency and some light burn on tips. The nitrogen toxicity is why tips and trying to claw down. Would start by checking substrate ph via run off. Ensure it is in range. Then if so re feed with less nitrogen, and more potassium and phosphorus. Good luck and happy growing 🌱
