Looking at it better, it must be a nute burn, just give it water, a flush with plenty of liters/gallons of water to clean out the excess.

There could be different causes, it could be a nut burn, it could be the heat from a lamp too close, cold usually only causes like purple spots, not really burned leaves. Check what and how many nutrients you are providing and check the lamps or the temperature in the sprouting areas.
