Anything leaning heavily on the indica side will have denser buds compared to the large thin buds of sativa strains. That been said, fluffy or airy buds are a product of your grow characteristics, mainly amount of light in what amount of space, distance of light to canopy and such. There's also the matter of training, I'm sorry to say that your plants are too damn tall, so the light losses a lot of efficiency reaching the mid- lower part of the plant. Try TOPing the plants, LST or SCROG to keep a short plant an even canopy and your results will greatly improve.
