Should I switch reg to larger tent? However, many grower's here discourage it completely for autos.

Indian Mango- 17 weeks outside grow and no flower! Need AdviceIm Growing Indian Mango Weed in the open. It's been 17 weeks since I put the seed. It's grown about 5 feet but no flowering as yet. When should I start feeding with nutrients?
I am using 1/3 soil (John innes no.1) 1/3 coir and 1/3 perlite. The soil says it has feed for 4 weeks, but I'm only using a 1/3 in my mix. Don't want to overload with nutrients when young?
