Part of the decision can depend on your location. I'm in N. America so I prefer to deal with companies on this side of the ocean for faster shipping and staff that's on a similar time zone if I need to contact them. This forum has a "breeders" section where you can see ratings. Keep in mind that most people haven't tried multiple breeders/suppliers so take some ratings with a grain of salt. My only recommendation by name is to avoid Growers Choice. I have had multiple problems (mislabeled seeds, auto's that don't auto, mutations...) with about 15% of the seeds I've gotten from them.

Most breeders have their own sites but the big ones are Zamnesia and Seedsman. So much choice from different breeders. Probably loads more you can buy from. Don't pay stupid money for untested seeds.
