Yeah this is considered a soilless mix. Not much of a nutrient charge in it. Kinda more like hydroponic in the way of feeding nutrients. 5.5-6.0 in veg so 5.8 is a good target. But some plants don’t like that low. 6.0-6.5 in flower so 6.2 is a good target. Hope that helps friend 🤙

Not really sure about ProMix ORGANIC... I use Promix myself and have found a couple of things I didn't know when I started out... first, right out of the bag, the PH is at 7 so adjustments need to be made. Second, it has literally nothing in it... so along with nutes, I also add microbes (add some one week, next week I add molasses to feed the microbes, etc)... My next grow, I'm going to research other mediums because I'm not really in love with this stuff.

This is mainly peat moss by percentage 60-70% then perlite is listed then coir. I'd teat this as a peat moss substrate vs coir. No idea what you feeding with, if its liquid nutes like AN or general hydroponics follow their directions for peat moss/hydro and monitor your PH and EC/PPM. If its dry like Gaia Green, mix it in well and water at 6.5-6.8PH top up every 3 weeks, no runoff when watering. monitor medium PH every 3 weeks and adjust watering PH from there. Not a big fan of Peat, love coir. but I'm mildly bias. https://www.promixgardening.com/en-us/product/detail/promix-premium-organic-garden-mix
