what is the minimum needed room temperature that a germinated seed in paper towel needs when it is trasfered to the soil to break surface?

Do not let the temperature drop under 18.
But better from 20 to 25 👌🏽

Around 24 degrees celsius is optimal.

3/6 seeds not coming above groundAfter two weeks of having seen sprouts coming out of all 6 seeds between paper towels, I've only seen 3 come above ground. Should I wait just a bit longer, or carefully clear away the direct and check what's going on? Maybe they're growing upside down (had it once before)?
