I have these yellow spots on my fan leaves and purple stems on just one of my Girl Scout Cookies. Both being fed the same thing, temps are stable and so is humidity. Don't understand what's up with this girl. 1st 4 pics of issue plant last is of her healthy sister.
Solved

I’ve looked at your diary. To me it looks like a magnesium deficiency. I would make an epsom salt foliar spray 20-30 PPM at 6.5 PH and mist this solution as a foliar spray just after lights out. So your plants aren’t wet in sun and it’s going to give the plant a chance to dry overnight. Now as for the purple stems a lack of calmag and LED lights can be the culprit for this. So under LED lights it seems that a plant is hungrier for some cal mag. So on feed days I start by putting calmag in my water first and I bring the PPMs up to around 260-300 PPM. Then I add all my other nutrients after. On watering days I supplement in only calmag and I put in around 100-150 PPM. I also work on the .5 PPM scale. So I wouldn’t try to do too much other than the foliar spray and upping up the cal mag in future waterings/feeds. Maintain the conditions and this should help your problem. Cheers brother 🤙

What Papa said seems spot on.. .. But I see you are doing a coco grow. I am worry about the way you water your coco. It looks way too dry from here! Coco coir is a fantastic growing medium but a few simple rules needs to be followed for success. Coco perlite, (or pure coco, or pure perlite) is hydroponic. It cannot be treated like soil. Coco needs to stay moist all the time !! Coco from brick is very salty and naturally unbalance. It will eat up your CalMag and Phosphorus. To counter act this, coco should be rinsed and buffered with Calmag. Coco should have a constant pH and ec-ppm. Watering should be done at least once a day, always with nutrients, until you get 10-20% of runoff, that should get discard in a drain to waste set up, or could be returned to the reservoir in a flood and drain setup. Of course you can *cheat a little bit* without killing your plants ..(like sleeping at your gf-bf house and skipping a day!!) But a coco grow needs attention and daily watering!!
