It's crying for more nutrients bro, thats all. Make sure you're leaving her to dry before watering, are you checking the ph levels of both the soil and the water? Is the light too close or a bit intense, turn it down. Is there a fan blowing too close to her. Feed her with some cal mag too. Those brown spots is calcium defeciency. But you're going to want to find a strong pk feed to top dress or liquid feed with when going into flower. Potting up wouldn't be a bad shout either, you can make a heavily fertilised new pot containing lots of pk and minimal n to transplant into. 👍🌱

It looks like a root zone or cal-mag issue to me. Cal-mag would be surprising as you usually do not see it at this stage in a soil grow. Your humidity looks on point. How is your watering schedule? If roots are not happy you can get some yellowing and leaf tip/spot necrosis like what's going on here. There is also a little bit of leaf droop which could be unrelated/genetic, but could also be due to the above. Your stated watering volume doesn't seem high, and your pots seem like they have plenty of drainage. But if I had to bet the source of your issues are under the soil 👍
