When the veins of the plant stay intact it could be a few things.
Iron,Magnesium and or Sulphur. OR the ph in your medium is off preventing them from being absorbed.
I don't see any details on your diary about feeding amounts of PH range in water.
but with liquid nutrients in coir you want to aim for around 5.5-6.2
I'd say as a quick fix give this plant some CaMg asap and some micro for the sulphur.
If that's not possible simple epsolm salts will work as well. its magnesium and sulphur in one package.
