What cause the change of the leaftip color?

Plant now about 2 weeks old. After transplanting from small Pot to 5 Liter Pot Size and place under the MarsHydro TSL2000 with 50% lightpower.
2cd Day under the light and in the Growtent, color of the tips change (see pictures).
I would appreciate the help of an experienced growe

Overall the plant looks good. The spots look like maybe had moisture on leaves while light was on.

Sugar leaves turning whiteI am approaching end of flowering, it's 3 weeks remaining. One of the flowers on Laughing Buddha sugar leaves turn to white - first at the edges.
