Molasses is BS, it does nothing for the plants directly, it is an old hippy myth from the 1960s based on cornflake packet science.
If you want to do something super beneficial for your plants, give them fulvic acid, humic acid or amino acids, or best of all, all three of these acids.
Another wonder product is mycorrhizae, "Mykos" from Xtreme Gardening is my favourite, but there are others, like "Great White Shark". They may seem expensive, but after trying them a few years ago, I swear that they have had the biggest single improvement in plant health that I have experienced in over 35+ years of growing and are worth every single cent.
