GrowCNanswered grow question 3 years ago I started by using glass jars. Unfortunately they break when you drop them and they let light in. I have also used air tight stainless steel storage containers like sold for the kitchen to hold flour, noodles... They are cheap to buy but on most the lid leaks smell some.
I have switched to large Korean Bento boxes. They are stainless steel boxes with a gasketed lid and latches and they lock in smell very well. They don't let light in so you can cure anywhere and they stack nicely for storage. You can order them online or find them in Korean grocery stores/markets.
