Day 1 photos taken just after transplanting and watering. Skipped watering on day 2, still moist. Watered day 3 with no nutes or calmag. Starting to see slight tip burn on a couple, most likely from too much nutes on the first watering. Watered day 7, 1 gl mixed with half-dose on Big Bloom and Grow Big, 2ml CalMag. Each plant got a quarter gallon. Seeing a lot more fan leaves after 1 week

First time grower. Got these clones and potted them a couple days ago. Watered each clone with a liter, not sure if this was enough. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

That was ample, I would have only giving them about 300ml. You don’t want them too wet as the wet/dry cycle will be too far between and little and often tends to work best especially on small plants like these. If they do look overwatered it’s only a simple case of allowing them to dry out before feeding with a lower volume. All the best pal👍

Starting to see small holes on the leaves and slight brown curling at the tips of the leaves. Is this normal?

It can be for clones. I would check your light height and pH though. Make sure they're good and you're not overwatering and they should be okay. A lot of the original leaves on the clones tend to die off as well, so don't let that freak you out.

What kind of water should I be using to water my clones? I have gallon jugs of distilled water that I've been pH-ing. Have Cal-Mag and Fox Farm nutes that I'll start adding into the mix in another week or two. Any advice helps!

Hi !

Day 15 fed with same quantity as Day 10. They are growing around the LST quick and I'll continue to bend them as necessary to keep an even canopy. Considering switching them to 2.5 or 3 gallon pots soon. Day 17 gave a quarter gallon of water to each clone, the gallon had pH 6 and 3ml CalMag, no nutrients since I just fed them a couple days ago. Day 21 the girls were dry after coming home from a ski trip, watered each with nutes and calmag. Noticed droopiness and spots on leaves, hopefully I'm not overdoing the nutrients. Looking into it.

Should I start pulling the leaves at the bottom that are yellowing/dying? I've read that first time growers shouldn't attempt defoliation on the first grow.

Day 25 fed with 7ml of Grow Big instead of 5ml to see how they do with more nitrogen. Also pH'd the water at 6.2 instead of 6.0, really just doing some experimenting since this is my first grow. Did more LST. My partner got too high and double watered Black Cherry Chem, we'll see how it works out. Day 27 watered with calmag only,pH at 6.2 I've noticed yellowing and dying leaves, assuming this is nutrient burn. I've also continued LST which is shaping them nicely.

Day 55 watered with 4ml CalMag, 7ml Grow Big, and 7ml Big Bloom, going to match the Grow Big with Big Bloom moving forward. 1 jug pH'd at 6.2, 415ppm (1230 runoff) went to Jackie and Scoops, the other jug pH'd at 6.6, 535 ppm (980-1040 runoff) went to Blue Chem and Black Cherry. Seeing improvement by Day 59, will use the same amount of nutes on this week's feeding before switching to Flowering stage, 6.3 pH

Switching to 12-12 in a few days, they'll need to be watered that day as well. Should I do a flush with no nutes before coming in with the FF trio? Or can I just start adding Tiger Bloom to my veg nutes on the first watering in 12-12? I've heard about something called the stretch

Hi there, If you have proper pH and ppm(EC),Flushing can’t do anything good but worse. You can start using tiger bloom after flipping to 12/12 along with other nutes. Also always adjust your water pH whenever you water and keep run off around 10~20%.Check both of your water pH, ppm(EC) and run off.In my opinion, you don’t need to water everyday and you don’t need to feed everytime you water.Always listen to your plants.Happy Growing... ✌️

Day 93, Apr 11, watered with less Grow Big and Tiger. pH is slightly higher than I normally give, I'll see how it works. Seeing discoloration in the leaves. Day 96, Apr 14, watered with 4-7-3-3 mix, pH'd at 6.3. The plants have stopped growing and have started putting all their energy into bud production. Filling out more each day. I may up the Grow Big to 4ml next week and take TB up to 5ml, these dying leaves look to be some kind of NPK deficiency. The 4-7-4-5 mix I used in the first few weeks of flower worked really well, looks like the leaves started dying when I started lowering the amount of GB and TB. Day 99, Apr 17, fed with 4-7-4-4 mix at 6.3 pH. Hopefully this resolves the phosphorus deficiency in Scoops of Paradise and Nitro deficiency in Jackie Glue.

Should I use more FF Grow Big or FF Tiger Bloom to address the N and P deficiency in week 5 of Flowering? Grow Big (6-4-4) has more N while Tiger Bloom (2-8-4) has more P. Any recommendations on the which to use? or both?

Personally I would go with the bloom as your in flower and use less N and more P. Start in small increments and adjust by how she reacts.

I'm trying to figure out when I should stop giving nutes. I've read 1-2 weeks before harvest when the trichomes turn Amber. My question is: Based on these trichomes, when would you stop giving nutes? Do they look cloudy enough to stop now? Or should I wait until I see amber?
