Mushrooms need to be in near sterile situations at the start of their life and when they are moved to the fruiting medium. If your growing on wood or shit based mushroom will also decide how you do things. Look up shotgun fruiting chambers and decide on the teck you want to use to germinate the spores or bloom the mycelium. I like pressure cooking mason jars with grain spawn and inculcating with liquid cultures, I used a makeshift still air box and a fuck ton of lysol spray. Good Luck!
