Top the plant again or not?

Hello growers, I have a question, I already top this 2 plants and I’m doing lst, and later I’ll use the scrog, but can I top it again? Should I do it or isn’t worth it? I read it could lower the finally quantity yield, and that is some stress to the plant. Is it worth?

Amount of times topped will not lower quantity or yield directly.. not if it’s a photoperiod and you let it recover It depends what your plan is long term.. you better have a plan to spread things out horizontally if you top multiple times (scrog or training )

I personally never top, with LST you can make carpets of even weed, plant without stress develops faster. Growing from seed I think it's unneeded, growing clones - no other way, just multiple topping. I use SuperCroping if I really want to slow down and/or lower some branch. Any technique will drop size of cola, but used wisely should increase overall weight of harvest. All the Best !
