The sprout turns yellow, please help!

I do not know what to do. Not for the first time.
Tried without fertilizers and with them it always turns yellow

Looks like the light is a bit too close for 20/4. Try to stay under 20 DLI for your seedlings, then 40 during veg. You should try Photone app to measure light, it works fine !

Relax buddy. They go yellow because they expand. If you got a green rubber and expand it extrem it will turn yellow if it's narrow. She looks good.

Why are leaves yellow?As shown in the photos, I find yellow leaves of Northern Lights Auto. Spots on leavesI'm still dealing with some spots that seem like cal-mag lock-out/deficiency but my PH is at 6.2-6.5. I think the light was too powerful I moved it up from about 16" to 18". I hope to have a lux meter soon to confirm any light stress issue.

Seedling adviceHi, my light was at 60cm with an average humidity of 70 degrees Celsius. There’s slight dryness around the tips, yellowing, crispness. What are these yellow/brown dots and how can I prevent more from developing?Yellow/brown dots appeared midway through week 4 of flowering. More prominent on upper fan leaves. Gave it nutrient tea (flower nute/worm casting/CalMag) so hopefully that will help. Can’t test pH so difficult to tell if it’s lockout. Added new 600W light this week too.4y ago
