Leaves pointing upwards(or not)

Leaves pointing up under sunlight, but nothing under my light which is MarsHydroTS600(100w) like 2feet above. So that means its not strong enough? If i put it closer it wont help right? Thanks a lot!

the sun vs grow lights is not a good comparison. the suns spectrum and power are massive. Use you lights manual and try and find suggest hang height and dimmer levels if it has any. https://www.amazon.ca/MARS-HYDRO-Reflector-Hydroponic-Greenhouse/dp/B07VL8FZS1 had a ppfd map you can use for some estimates. Please help me diagnose this one :)It is a very slight orange spotting that almost appears like the start of a calcium def, but without actually creating necrosis. It looks almost like the orange spots are on the surface of the leaf. Nothing on the bottom and it's only showing on the one fan leaf.

Plants droop after watering, advice input opinions plzz Some of my plants droop after watering, I used 40/60 perlite to ffof and have hydroton layered at the bottom of smart pots. Jus wondering what could cause this or is it normal? Jus ph water 6.1 this time I fed 400ml per plant when I jus use the spray bottle doesn't happen. Advice

Lights. Please explain to a newbie How much light does a seedling need? How many watts? Is it better to have one bulb but closer to a plant, or 4 bulbs and higher from a plant? Does it matter how many plants are under the light if they don't shade each other? Do plants "steal" rays so its better to have 1 plant?
