I'm with UnkleSkunk, this plant looks weird and it's too young to be anything you've done, bar maybe overwatering. Probably a genetic defect. I'd plant a new one as you'll probably find it overtakes this plant pretty quickly.

You can let it ride bro. I had a purple like that (in my diary). Could be from: - bound roots -over watering Let the soil dry out more and don't water as much and you will be fine. if you're super worried, get some perlite and mix it into the soil.

Lighting looks fine. I’d give a quick spray for bugs. I use vermicompost tea and soak the seed prior to planting and spray leaves after early in germination. Never had mold or bugs since. I believe the bacteria and fungi from the tea help coat and protect the plant in a symbiotic relationship.
