Red Stems, Light Green Leafs

Hi there
I am having issues with all seedlings at the moment
All seedlings are staying very small in leaf growth and producing red stems with very light green leafs, not spotty nothing that is rotting etc
Now I was watering them lightly
What is the issue?

Coco is best mixed with perlite to avoid over watering.
It is also void of all nutrients and needs them added into it.
If you not feeding them. they are hungry and have no food.
If the coir was not buffered, then it will be stealing all calcium and magnesium from your feed and releasing extra sodium and potassium.

Added coffee for nitrogen.

Lower Leaves YellowingI have noticed that a lot of lower leaves are turning yellow. Theres nothing special going on, it just fades from green to yellow evenly. I am feeding it Veg nutrients 3:1:3. So it can't really be a Nitrogen deficiency right?!

Why is my plant so lanky? how can i get it to fill out more. Week 5I have a plant thats tall and lanky. I definitely over watered it a bit, but for it's height i think something else is off. its on a 22/2 cycle getting about 200 ml feeds every other day.
