Yellow tint on new growth

I've spotted some yellowing on new growth. I'm just in the end of Week 3 and am thinking it's caused by nutrient deficiencies? I've been sticking to 0.25ml/L and am planning to go to 1ml/L starting Week 4. Does anyone have any other ideas?

I have had this happen to my MAC1 by expert seeds do this. I used a product called Green-Tone by Espoma Organics. I has magnesium, sulpher, and a very light dose of nitrogen. 2 tsps and MAC1 came back to real green in 5 days with explosive growth. I kept the followed the feeding schedule with my regular grow nutrients for the week listed. The leaves are the size of a 7 foot man’s hands…..
