I suppose it's a something like overwatering + lamp stress. My lamp is now something like 80cm away. And I hvn't watered for 1 wk (but soil still wet, so... I wait ?). => Should I remove parts of leaves ? What about leaves with center dots? Previous question for more info, Thx

With soil still wet after a week it is highly likely overwatering. Absolutely wait to water again. Watering now will only make it worse. That soil needs to dry out ASAP. Leaf removal is a good question there are a few trains of thought on that. 1) Remove to prevent pests and disease from getting to your plant through the weak unhealthy spots. 2) Let your plant absorb the nutrients from it 3) My preferred way of doing it: leave the leaves alone, watch them closely. They are your indicator of a problem. If they continue to get worse the problem persists and you need to figure out what the issue is. If they stop getting worse you have likely solved your issue, at that point I remove the damaged growth. I find if I remove damaged leaves while still deficient the damage just spreads to more of the plant.
