Hello, they look pretty good! My opinion on your question is that you should weigh the pot to make sure it's light enough to realize that the substrate is dry enough to water again. When the substrate is always wet, it doesn't allow for oxygenation of the roots, which blocks the absorption of nitrogen, a macro-nutrient that is reflected by chlorosis in the lower part of the plant. Recommendation: wait for the substrate to dry enough and water again without nitrogen in the watering water to give it some time to recover. Everything else is super cool, buddy.
