It looks like the plant is either over watered or is to big for the pot. I am leaning towards the plant being to big for the pot(Rootbound). If you think the water is good then check the roots. If the roots are not root bound then it could be lighting or natural causes. It is mote than normal for those starter leaves to die off. Also. If you do not open that plant up with some LST, no light will hit those leaves and the plant will focus it's energy elsewhere https://amzn.to/3JusL1L Here is a link to a smart planter that's made for LST. Put some plant ties on those rings to lightly open the plant up. It's made of a breathable material so it's great for stopping overwatering. 😅 I actually just came up with it and i think its an awesome idea so I'd love if you would help me out by trying it out and leaving a review or sharing it with people who may be able to use it. Your plants look pretty good overall with me. No major causes for concern honestly

Thanks a lot guys. Actually the soil is usually little wet to dry. (Top two inches of soil are dry before daily watering). Which made me suspect it may be under watering or too much nitrogen. I added 200ml of plain water today to trouble shoot. I use fabric pot so no fear of over watering.
