So the first thing if you want to avoid a tall plant is to use a small pot. Then topping the apex, so the plant won’t growin much taller. You can also LST the branches to keep them low. But I think the best way is to scrog : put on your net, fill it by pushing the longest branches the farest, then switch to 12/12 when your net is nearly filled. The lowest you put the net, the lowest will be the final height of your ladies. Hope this helps.
