Should i wait longer or can i harvest them in 7-10 days time? I started flushing them today as i have been having issues with NL since day one and snapped beyond repair the 2 main colas of the BB resulting in 2 bonsai

Look not yet ready, In first, your pistil still look white, could be a sign. The best technic to know if ready to harvest, is to check trychromes with a microscope. As @HerbalEdu, Missing a couple of week to harvest.

Thank you all for your help, i bought an Illuminated Magnifier with 3X and 45X Magnification. I will look closely at trichomes and pistils and take it from there

Agreed, you have at least 3 weeks to go, maybe more. Continue feeding and stop flushing, they will need nutrients to finish growing their flowers. Massive defoliation has not helped either - less leaves = less energy being made = less growing. Start flushing when they have about 95-96% brown pistils and harvest when they have 98-99.8% brown pistils, (about 10 days later). This will put you in the "10-30% amber trichome" zone without having to look too closely at your buds. This will also be the peak time for THC levels. Once there are 100% brown pistils, the plant will be closing in on death and a near dead plant will not be able to prevent THC breaking down into CBD and CBN, which are 2 non-psychoactive cannabinoids that make you sleepy/relaxed, but don't get you high. Hope this helps, Organoman.
