Oh dear. Is this your gorilla glue? Yeah, those pots are way WAY too small... all autos need to be planted in the pot they're going to finish in as they really HATE being transplanted. I had hoped you were growing in fabric pots so you could just dump them in larger ones pot and all (since the roots would grow out of the fabric) but I can see, from one of your photos, that you aren't.
Here's what I would suggest ... take a box cutter and try to cut the pots such that you can kind of peel them away from the soil without disturbing the soil/roots - I'd make quite a few vertical cuts from the top to the base... have your new pots ready and GENTLY take the plant and put it in the new one... again, try NOT to disturb the roots at all! They may be a little stunted/shocked from the transplant but if you are as careful as you can be, it ought not to drastically affect their growth.
All autoflowers go into flower around week 4... they're programmed to do such! Your plants look fabulous.... get them into larger pots as soon as you can so you don't have even MORE roots to contend with! I'd recommend a MINIMUM of a 3 gallon pot if not a 5 gallon....
Good luck!
