How do these plants look to be 4 weeks and 2 days old?

How are they looking? They were seeds on August 21st and are my 1st indoor grow. They seem to be ahead of most plants at the same age. Everything Im doing I learned here..

Slow growth on this one seedling we can't yet call it a plant imo especially in comparison to her sisters. Is it saveable?Can someone give some advice please. My friend has these going and one of the seedlings just is not growing compared to the rest. I germinated the seed. And after that it took her more than week and half to get up the soil, but now another week ran away and she grew no more than 3 milimeters. Probably too dense soil for her or faulty seed?

Snapped branch I snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago. I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover. They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ? Trained for 8 main branches so maybe better to focus on 6 ?
