How do these plants look to be 4 weeks and 2 days old?

How are they looking? They were seeds on August 21st and are my 1st indoor grow. They seem to be ahead of most plants at the same age. Everything Im doing I learned here..

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. Outdoor plant moving in a tent I have an auto plant 3-4 weeks old outdoor and in my tent one that soon is going for harvest.Its okay to bring the other inside when I will finish the indoor plant and follow 18/6 led schedule or it will die from stress?
