How do these plants look to be 4 weeks and 2 days old?

How are they looking? They were seeds on August 21st and are my 1st indoor grow. They seem to be ahead of most plants at the same age. Everything Im doing I learned here..

Top Left plant that is flowering has a red dot in the center?The lowest part of the midrib, where all the veins meet, has a red dot. Is this normal? It is occurring to the top left plant I have that is flowering right now. I thought maybe its an attribute from Red Russian XXL?

Got some limited edition seeds from zamnezia and bomb seeds and i dont want to screw up the plants since u cant get new ones. I gave one plant directly 250w hps from the moment it popped out. The other the same, but on top i ve put a plastic glass which is keeping humidity very high because i can see water on the leaves. Did I ruin in the first one ? Or it wont affect it badly?
