I’m a first time grower, I’m going with autos, outdoors, the bit that’s really confusing me is the soil, ideally I’d like a ready made soil that I can use from the seedling stage onwards, and when should I start giving them nutes? Please help!

Buenos humos! Feliz 420!👌 suerte

Do you want to grow your ladies organically, or will you also use mineral fertilizers? If you prefer organic, meaning you want to grow in living soil, I would recommend using a biological light mix. It should contain about 10% perlite to ensure good drainage. Clay balls or vermiculite are also good options. Feeding is an entirely different story when it comes to organic = You feed beneficial bacteria, known as effective microorganisms, in a "living" soil. These microorganisms then convert organic nutrients that you add or that are present in the soil into a form that can be absorbed by the plants. When fertilizing organically, the microorganisms in the soil usually need a few days to convert the organic components in the fertilizer into plant nutrients. For this reason, you can't react quickly to deficiency symptoms. However, the pH level is much better buffered compared to mineral fertilizers. In practice, this means that the pH during cultivation is not as critical since it self-regulates to an optimal value. You can use liquid fertilizers, for example, the BioBizz range, or solid fertilizers like BioTabs. You add the tabs to the pots from the beginning, while you can start using the BioBizz fertilizer from about the 3rd week.
