Twisted new growth unhealthy looking buds

Help new growth twisting and bud not looking good please help
Sour orange auto day 42 feeding notes then water every other feed. Lights were sitting at 24 inches just raised them to 30. Can't see any sign of pets had a good check with scope on underside of leaves

What's your water/feed schedule? She's doing that because either #1 you're watering too much #2 she's got a deficiency.. Prob phosphorous maybe nitrogen. #3 way too much light. Problem 1 you'll need to dry her out before watering again. 2 a full flush. 3 raise your light and give her a little extra dark time.

Have you checked the PH of your runoff? I would do that next (raising the lights was a good thing)... this could be a PH imbalance or you're keeping the temp too high (heat stress)... but if the runoff is outside of the 6.0-6.5 range, you're going to need to do a flush....
