High Growers, Today I noticed that my blue hash plant produced 1 pollensack and 1 banana. I cut them off and they were still closed. The plant still need to flower around 6 weeks till harvest. Can I continue this grow or will it just keep producing more and more male flowers?

few males flower near the node first few weeks of flowering is something pretty common, just pass your finger on them preferably before they are mature enough to drop some pollen and they will fall easily unlike female flowers, and you'll be fine. check my gorilla cbd week 5-6 i had something like 40 males preflower for 8 plants and not a single seeds in the end. Happy growing Common urban legend: - Once a plant grows male flowers, it will only keep on doing so ... totally false a plant can grow few male preflower the first few flowering week and stop afterward - If you miss even ONE, you potentially ruin your entire grow ... false as well in most case you ll get 4 12 seeds wich doesn't ruin yuour harvest potency even with a small fan blowing top of canopy - your best shot is to get it out of your tent into another grow space immediately ... false in most hermie case you can keep the plant in the same growroom withoput risk and as organoman said a single male flower can release enough to create 100s seeds, but that doens't mean it will from my experience even with a small fan blowing top of canopy you'll will only get a few seeds, pollen don't spread that easily without strong wind or manipulation i once even had pollen dropped bottom of canopy on a stem and leaf that i didn't care to remove with moisten sponge/paper towel and only get 2 seeds in the end for 8 plants DoN'T SpReAd the hermie fear ...

Not sure how big your plant is now, but you will probably want to do a weekly check. Last season my Ethos Auto Forbidden Runtz had some bananas, after I plucked them out they still have new one popping up, but not too serious, but it is a concern. It doesn't need to be a fulltime job cutting those sacs, but you will definitely keep an eye on them.

Yeah this is my only plant. I did train her pretty heavy because I use a MiniGrow Box so I used the mainlining technique 1 time to keep her low and cutt the lower branches, leaves and buds in 2 times. She grows in 50/50 cocos/expanded clay and I use Plagron cocos A+B from the start and Green sensation and Sugar Royal since this week. Never had any deficiency or bug problems. The temperature and moist are stable and it is impossible for light to dusturb her 12/12 scedule. I found the male pollensack and the banana in the lowest bud. Today I finished training her with cutting down the small and lower buds. Thats when I found these fuckers. Checked the rest of the plant 100 times and no sighn of more balls and dicks. That is why I asked this question. Do you think that I will be able to continue growing for another 6 weeks without having a fulltime job as balls and dicks cutter.

Given your isolated set up, absolutely you’re fine.. just keep an eye and pluck any more you see. If you end up seeing more than half a dozen male flowers on her.. it’s problematic. That said, worst case you’ll have a few seeds in the bud when your done. No big deal.
