Next time you water get some runoff and collect it. Test the ph of the runoff and make sure it is within the optimal range. If it isn't, give the plant a good heavy flush with phed water to help get it back in line. If the ph is fine then it looks a little like a combo of nitrogen and calcium deficiency.

Are those nutrient defficiencies? Which ones?A plant had interveinal chlorosis on new leaves and then proceeded to show brown patches between veins on middle leaves.
