Have I LST'd right?

I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right? I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks

Hey Beccabud, Looks fine to me :) make sure you bend your upper branches up in the comming weeks and your lower ones more down if you understand what i mean. By doing this you get a nice big cantopy :) Goodluck growing :)

For next time buy fat of all fattest SOFT garden wire, only them gives least stress and later do no damages or disformation on stem. Now you strangle her. When should I make the harvest (according to the colour of the trichomes) if I want to get the maximum of CBD? Some people say THC is degraded in CBD (late harvest), some say it is the opposite (early harvest ). I'm not interested in CBN. I would like to get the maximum of CBD. Thank you !!
