I'm going to disagree with my grommie here... yes, I think you need more nutes but you don't need more bio-grow, you need to at least double the bio-bloom... you're in flower now and the plant is going to need more calcium and magnesium and a whole ton of micronutrients that the bloom nutes will give it. The feed chart for this line indicates just that!
And ignore the lower leaves that have dried up (get them out of there! You don't want to attract pests!). You're also not watering enough, I don't believe.... the dried up leaves might just be telling you they didn't get enough! You're right to wait until the pot is nice and dry and super-lightweight before giving it another water or feed - but then, especially when you're giving water, make sure you get about 10-20% runoff out of the bottom! You can run a PH test on this runoff to see if what you're giving them (you say 6.2) is actually what is IN the soil. If that's out of whack, you may need to do a flush to get it back into the proper range (6.2 is just about perfect)...
