Transition to flower questions (Humidity, 2nd defoliation, nutrients)

I prolonged the dark period 11/6 to 12hours
Im slowly dropping the humidity (63RH now) but waiting with 40-50RH till i see signs of flower
Since my supercropping in 28/5 it has grown bushy in the lower branches again, should i wait with more defoliation till week 2 of flower?

My last feed 13/6 was 850ml and change in nutrients to bloom nutrients.
Changed nutrients from Biobizz Grow(2ml/L) + Biobizz Fish-mix(2ml/L)
to (biobizz grow every other feed) Biobizz Topmax and Bloom (1ml/L)
Am i moving correct with the nutrients shift ?

PH measuring for Organic GrowersIf I’m growing organically, do I measure my PH still? I heard that the PH up & down liquid isn’t organic & that organic growers should throw away there PH meter because the soil will adjust to what ever PH level I water them with. Is this true?
