hello I have a problem in my culture I watered twice with plagron alga grow fertilizer and a treatment against parasites during the last 2 weeks I discovered a disease on a large part of the plants

This is not a disease, it is burning from excess nutrients/soil mix that is too hot.
Lay off the feeding for another 2 weeks and things should be fine.

Snapped branchI snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago.
I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover.
They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ?
Trained for 8 main branches so maybe better to focus on 6 ?
