Help!! Anybody know what this weird substance on my plant is??

Don’t know what this white substance is. Looks like crystals, could it be dried nutrients or is it powdery mildew??? Never seen it before so a little worried. Thanks in advance for any help on this!

Nothing to worry about. Not PM. Could be dried nuturents. My first thought was salt. Brush it off and continue on.

Leaves turning yellow and droopingHello, I have my first grow. In the last two weeks, my plant leaves have started to turn yellow from the stem out and its mainly on the top of the plant. Please check my latest photos above. Because of taco leaves/curled, I turned off the fan last night and also raised the LED to about 16cm above the plant. When I checked in the morning. All the leaves on both my plants was raised up and still had curled sides.Week 2

Poor Weather, less light, worried my plants will flower early.I live in Aus and we get about 14 hr of max sunlight atm, I am growing outdoors, and there is 10 days of clouds and seriously rainy weather forecasted eg, some places have had 400ml in 24 hours.
