Don’t know what this white substance is. Looks like crystals, could it be dried nutrients or is it powdery mildew??? Never seen it before so a little worried. Thanks in advance for any help on this!

Nothing to worry about. Not PM. Could be dried nuturents. My first thought was salt. Brush it off and continue on.

Upside down leaf growth?What is happening to this plant, it seems to be growing leaves upside down? It had nothing come out for a few days and then 2 new leaves started to grow out of it but it's like the top dark green side of the leaf is growing on the underside. What size pot for final homeI am ready to transplant this girl. I have a 7 gallon plastic pot or a 30 gal tote from big lots I can drill holes in. Something invisible is eating leaves!Something is eating leaves! There are two big holes on the top leaves since yesterday. Also it looks like the sides of new leaves are eaten off. It seems like there are some micro yellow things on the eaten edges, but they are to small for me to see. What could it be?
